1. Only the graphics specified within the linkware section are permitted to be downloaded, uploaded, or placed in another directory free of charge; all images that comprise this site itself are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of Twisted Creations/Kristy C. (Twistee) and may not be reproduced by any method, including screen captures and/or downloads.
   
   Unless stated otherwise, all graphics created by Kristy C. (Twistee) are the sole property of Twisted Creations and I (Kristy C./Twistee) retain all copyrights to all Twisted Creations graphics.


2. Should you choose to use any of the graphics found within the linkware section, you must use the matching link logo and correct referring link within the same page(s) that all graphics appear and are used at. This is not negotiable. Using this logo and link is part of my copyright. A page of "credits" is not acceptable. You must credit my linkware on each page of use.

3. To obtain the graphics for a template from the linkware section, you must fill out the template's linkware registration form completely and accurately. If you do not provide complete and accurate information, the form will not allow you to proceed on. After you have successfully completed the form, you will then be taken to the template's download page where a link to the zip file for the template you registered will appear for you to download and save to your own hard drive. Each template has it's own registration form and can be found on the template's demo preview page.



4. Do not direct link to any graphics and/or images here at Twisted Creations - direct linking (a.k.a. - bandwidth stealing or hotlinking), is strictly forbidden.



5. You may not alter, change, colorize, cut, resize or modify any or all images without specifically indicated approval with the sole exception of adding text to any supplied blank buttons or images designed for this purpose. You may not use any graphic or image from Twisted Creations to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other current/future software plugins or media.
   
   You may not use portions of the linkware templates or mix and match any of Twisted Creations graphics with other site linkware graphics, including other graphics from Twisted Creations linkware section. The linkware templates where created to be used as whole sets and must be used as intended.
   
   You may not use any graphic or image from Twisted Creations as email stationary, nor may you use portions of a template to create email stationary.



6. Graphics and/or zip files from Twisted Creations are not to be placed in any online collection or archive; in addition, no graphics, images, and/or zip files are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media without written permission personally signed by me, Kristy C. (Twistee). Graphics and/or zip files are not to be redistributed by any means, including via email.



7. Use of the linkware graphics by individuals developing web sites with intent to gain is unequivocally denied. Any site whose intent is to earn revenue (whether actual income or bartered for trade) is considered a commercial endeavor. Twisted Creations linkware templates are for not-for-profit (e.g., personal) web sites only. If you are a commercial endeavor and would like to use Twisted Creations graphics, please go to the licenseware section or contact me.
   
   The linkware graphics may not be used by individuals whose intent in developing web sites for others is for gain (whether actual income or bartered for trade) whether from the site itself or from the web page developing service. Furthermore, you may not use the linkware graphics if you are developing websites for others at no charge and then advertise these sites within a client portfolio with intent to acquire additional paying clients.



8. You are forbidden to use any of Twisted Creations graphics within pages/sites which promote or are subject to child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse, any and all pornographic activities, terrorism, or criminal activities of any kind.



9. If for any reason I request that graphics or images obtained from Twisted Creations linkware section be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of my terms of use could subject you to this request. Failure to comply or reply within the given time may result in legal repercussion.



10. Twisted Creations/Kristy C. (Twistee) cannot be held responsible for any problems you may have with HTML coding, CSS coding, scripts, etc.; in addition, Twisted Creations/Kristy C. (Twistee) cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of the graphics, templates, and/or zip files. Use of the graphics, templates, zip files, etc., is at your own risk.



11. By clicking 'I agree' and viewing or using any of the graphics in the linkware section, you are agreeing that you understand and will abide by all my terms of use, whether you have read them or not. I, Kristy C. (Twistee), reserve the right to change these terms of use at anytime without notice.

To protect against bandwidth theft, the linkware section is password protected. To enter and view the linkware section, you must enter the user name and password, which is posted below. The password protection is case sensitive, so you must enter it exactly as seen. If you fail to enter it correctly, permission to enter the linkware section will not be granted.
